About Your Community

Clark County, NV

There are so many reasons to love Summerlin. From the views of the strip and the red rock mountains, to the high ranked schools, parks and golf courses. Enjoy 300 days + of sunshine, great shopping and dining, as well as public community and resident – exclusive events. Aside from the unique and beautiful homes, there are countless reasons why Summerlin is the most desired place to live in Southern Nevada. I believe one of the primary reasons is the people within the community, those who work here and/or choose to call it home.

The Howard Hughes Corporation developed the award winning master plan community of Summerlin, which is divided into three associations (North, South, and West).

The growing community occupies over 22,500 acres and 35 square miles with a current population of over 115,000. There are more than 20 villages to choose from, built by some of America’s premier builders, from single family homes, to active adult communities, townhomes, apartments, condos and custom built homes.

Whether you enjoy the active outdoors or prefer indoors with shopping, dining and entertainment, Summerlin has it all. You can go from hiking, biking or running the trails to parks, community centers and pools. From golf to casinos, to cultural centers and sporting venues. Or you can enjoy a day of shopping followed by an amazing dining experience.

Whether visiting or living here, Summerlin is a great place for getting out, experiencing all there is to offer. This site will not only feature many great places, but will introduce you to the great faces within the community. I am honored to manage this project and feature the influential people that work and/or reside here. From small business, restaurant owners and staff, teachers, first responders, active military and veterans, medical professionals, retail and grocery staff, etc….here I will introduce you to the incredible people that make up our community and are happy to call Summerlin home.
